Come and read three minutes of your own prose or poetry on Friday, February 13, 2026 for a Galentine’s Day celebration at San Diego Writers, Ink at Liberty Station hosted by Judy Reeves and Kristen Fogle. I’ll be bookending the event with two-card “Key to My Heart” tarot readings on a first come, first-served basis from 5:30-6 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. on (after the open mic). I will have a sign-up sheet at the event.

Join hosts Judy Reeves and Kristen Fogle for a Galentine’s Day Open Mic Reading celebrating besties, gal pals, sheroes, girlfriends, and everyone who’s ever said, “I’ve got you.” Bring three minutes of prose or poetry and help us mark this beautiful day. The event centers women’s voices and welcomes women, nonbinary folks, and all who support women and woman-identified writers. Added features: Blind Date with a Book for which you peruse books wrapped in plain brown paper and labeled with teaser tags that might just seduce you into a good read. And the aforementioned “Key to My Heart” tarot readings. See you there!
